Peter van Dijk, Interim Management & Consultancy
In the spring of 2007, Peter van Dijk established his own interim management and consultancy company based on his expert experience that he gained during a 25-year period of management and consultancy work which took him all over the world.
Peter has managed production and staff departments as well as large project organisations. He has provided tactical and especially strategic advice on matters relating to a company’s (structural) organisation, culture, information supply, system integration and automation.
In information supply and automation the emphasis is often on the architecture of the infrastructure and the development and maintenance of large company-wide applications. Peter also advises on the development and writing of strategic information and automation plans.
As business consultant, he managed reorganisations on company and department level. He has managed Business Process Redesign projects and has provided advice on mergers and acquisitions.
Peter held the position of IT Director Europe and Asia Pacific and was the CIO Worldwide for a publicly listed Media conglomerate with offices in 42 countries.
