Pitch & Date Event on responsible innovation
On Tuesday 23 May 2017, the NWO-MVI research programme on responsible innovation organised a pitch & date event. The event took placeat De Zilveren Vosch in Utrecht. Participants were most welcome to stay for lunch afterwards.
The MVI programme was presented, as well as the new call for proposals and the research agenda. In addition, there was an opportunity to meet researchers from other disciplines since NWO-MVI research always takes place in interdisciplinary teams.
Call for proposals
Soon the call for proposals of the MVI-programme will be reopened. Research proposals can be submitted on the themes Building Blocks of Life, Creative Industry, Energy and Logistics. The event aims at presenting the research programme and the last call for proposals, and finding new partners for research.
Connecting to research on the Building Blocks of Life
During the event, there was a special focus on the theme Building Blocks of Life (BBoL). Researchers from the NWO-programme BBoL had the opportunity to present their research to MVI researchers, in the context of initiating MVI research projects. These will be carried out parallelly to the BBoL projects.
